Let me take this opportunity to express a big thank you to you and Rich Peters for all of your professional care at my home in Orleans this summer.
My brother and a friend at Springfield Lumber found your company for me when I knew I needed some special help for 20 year old windows.
With a 25 year career in the NBA as a Head Coach and General Manager, I believe I know what a winning team is all about. Marvin has a winning reputation. Character is very important. You and Rich are men with winning personalities. You respect people. You both communicate very well -- calm, caring, confident. You are on time -- look professional. You are talented people, analyzed the problem with our windows, got the parts and installed the new parts. Knowledge is a must and you have it. Character, talent, knowledge = winning.

RE: Good work on replacement of broken window
Last week my cracked window was replaced at no charge. I want to thank Marvin Windows for honoring the warranty even though it's been almost 10 years since the installation.
I also wish to thank Bob Beshaies at A.W. Hastings for his helpful advice on the phone, and Rich Peters and Vin Marino for the efficient installation, and Vin's diagnosis of the apparent problem.
It was all done quite carefully and professionally, and it has been a pleasure to do business with you all.
